ABOUT PIVOTH

Pivoth was born of a passion to support innovation in the building industry. With a focus on façade products and rainscreen assemblies, we strive to make product development, sales strategy, and market execution perfectly fit the needs of decision makers and stakeholders throughout its unique route to market.

Working with building envelope companies since 2003, change, innovation (sometimes unnovation), and growth within the industry seem to have accelerated over the years. Throughout their experience providing guidance to subcontractors, general contractors, product manufactures, and the architectural community, the founders have gained a deep respect for the important roles and responsibilities of these stakeholders in the process of designing and constructing functional and efficient buildings.

Architects play a unique role in the design process within the United States.  Most individuals familiar with the building codes and regulatory requirements can provide an overview of this role, as defined by the limits of their legal responsibilities and, in turn, the limits of the services American architects are able to provide.  There is a broad, but topical, understanding of how this contributes to the culture of the building community in the United States. Pivoth possess a deep insight here.  It is the ubiquitous mismatch between what companies offer, and what the markets/decision-makers expect that birthed Pivoth, and drives it today.

Pivoth knows there’s a gap between what manufacturers offer and what the market demands; and we can help companies close that gap.
